2021-2022 Year-in-Review

At a glance, this year we…

● Changed our name to more accurately represent our vision, mission and members, and came to consensus on a logo (designed by parent-member-volunteer Michelle Lamanet, see above!)
● Collaborated with the Le Monde Parents Committee on two events
● Met monthly via ZOOM and in-person, allowing us to continue collaborating during a difficult transition year back to in-person
● Established an event rhythm template, making facilitation inclusive
● Supported increasing diversity among student applicants to Le Monde by distributing printed school materials at request of Madame Shouka
● Continued second-annual Black History Month recital, presenting original art and performances by Le Monde students to school community

In more detail, we…
